Investment: 450$ 

This challenge will consist of 3 workouts a week. 2x in-studio in our small group sessions and 1x on your own (you can use open gym times if they work for you!). The on your own workout will be pre-programmed.

You will also get a custom nutrition guide. We will have 2 habit focuses (1 per each 3 weeks) to help you start to work towards healthier habits, but in a sustainable way! 

You will get access to a private Facebook Group for some daily support/motivation. We will also have Bi-Weekly Progress check-ins to see how you're doing.

There will be 2 grand prizes of 200$ cash each. Winners will be selected on most body fat lost and challenge adherence. Winners announced March 11th.

We will then e-mail you an intake form and get you scheduled for your eval, where we will discuss your goals as well as schedule your small-group session times. We don't take payment until this eval.
